Dott. Lorenzo De Santi

I am a passionate MD and board-certified neurologist, who joined pharma industry more than ten years ago. As a doctor and PhD student, I dedicated most of my time to research, mainly focusing on multiple sclerosis and neuroinflammation. After joining industry, I spent my effort in several therapeutic areas like MS and neurology, rare diseases, immunology, respiratory diseases, ophthalmology and cardiology. I had the lucky chance to launch some drugs that changed patient’s lives. My professional carrier path is in Medical Affairs so far, covering leadership roles of increasing responsibility, and I love it.
What I like most about my job? The opportunity to commit myself to bringing as much patients as possible new innovative treatments day by day and change patient’s lives.
